Stef here! Zoe + Dan's Wedding Week is upon us... and if you're anything like me, you can't wait and are ready for all the details... and here they are! Below you will find the itinerary of all events, shuttle times, details and more! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

  • 10:00pm - Punch Bowl Social becomes 21+ Only
    Sorry, but only guests who are over 21 can stay after 10pm.
  • 5:00pm - Depart for Punch Bowl Social
    For those who wish to join us at Punch Bowl Social, we recommend departing at this time. Destination: Punch Bowl Social | 522 Congress Ave | Austin, TX 78701
  • 5:30pm - Dinner + Games at Punch Bowl Social
    Punch bowl social is a fun open space for all ages. Food, drinks, karaoke, bowling, darks, giant jenga, board games and more are all available for your choosing.
  • 11:00am - Check Out | Pool Day
    Leave your bags with the front desk and join us at the Cabana. Don't forget your pool bag!
  • 4:00pm - Get Ready for Dinner
    Day at the cabana concludes. Get ready for a fun night at Punch Bowl Social!
  • 3:30pm - Arrive at Emmaus Catholic Church
    Arrive at the church in advance of the rehearsal. We will gather and mingle briefly as we get ready for direction from the church team.
  • 5:00pm - Rehearsal Complete, Depart Emmaus Catholic Church
    The rehearsal is finished and everyone is heading back to Hotel Viata. Destination: 320 S Capital of Texas Hwy | West Lake Hills, TX 78746
  • 1:00pm - Get Ready for Rehearsal
    Following lunch, we will all go our separate ways to rest up and get ready for the Rehearsal + Rehearsal Dinner this afternoon/evening.
  • 8:30pm - Shuttle Departs Estancia Brazilian Steakhouse
    Rehearsal dinner concludes and everyone will board the shuttle to Hotel Viata. The shuttle will depart promptly, so please board the shuttle before this time.
  • 3:00pm - Depart for Emmaus Catholic Church
    Everyone who is participating in the rehearsal, is encouraged to leave the hotel at this time. Please plan to take your own car or carpool with other wedding party members. Destination: 1718 Lohmans Crossing Rd | Lakeway, TX 78764
  • 9:00pm - Welcome Drinks at Laurel Restaurant & Bar
    Join Crystal, Clint and the guests who didn't go to the rehearsal dinner for an evening of mingling and catching up ahead of the wedding day.
  • 7:30am - Wakeup + Breakfast
    Be sure to allow yourself plenty of time to get up and eat breakfast before our spa day begins. Everyone will be on their own for breakfast.
  • 9:00am - Spa Day Begins
    Everyone who is participating in the spa activities will meet at the Spa at this time. Location: Second Floor of Hotel Viata
  • 11:45am - Lunch at Laurel Restaurant
    We have reservations for lunch at Laurel, following our spa appointments. Location: First Floor of Hotel Viata
  • 6:00pm - Rehearsal Dinner
    Rehearsal Dinner at Estancia Brazilian Steakhouse.
  • 5:30pm - Arrive at Hotel Viata | Board Shuttle for Rehearsal Dinner

  • 4:00pm - Rehearsal
    The rehearsal will start promptly at this time. Please gather in the sanctuary before this point, so we can start on time.
  • 12:45pm - Crystal gets in THE DRESS!
    Crystal will get into her dress at this time. During this period of time, bridesmaids should also help gather her personal items that need to go to the church.
  • 3:30pm - Guests arrive at the Church
    Crystal should be hidden at this point, so guests do not see her prior to her grand entrance. Any last minute wardrobe adjustments or restroom breaks should happen at this time.
  • 1:15pm - Crystal Departs for Church
    Crystal will leave for the church with her parents. After Crystal leaves, bridesmaids should return their personal items back to their own hotel rooms and prepare to depart for the church, shortly.
  • 3:00pm - Clint arrives at Church
    Clint will arrive at the church at this time. Please have one bridesmaid on standby to ensure he does not accidentally walk in and see Crystal before the ceremony.
  • 9:00a - Hair + Makeup Appointments Start

  • 4:45pm - Ceremony Ends | Post-Ceremony Photos Begin
    Post-Ceremony photos will start once most guests have departed the sanctuary. Wait on standby for further direction from the photographer.
  • 11:00pm - Late Night Snack Served
    Dancing making you tired? We've got you covered! Late Night Snack will be served at this time.
  • 6:15pm - Arrive at Hotel | Take Personal items to Room
    Wedding party arrives at the hotel and takes their personal items to their hotel rooms. You may also drop off whatever you need in the reception space.
  • 9:25pm - Anniversary Dance | Dessert Service
    The anniversary dance will start at this time and all married couples are encouraged to get on the dance floor! At the conclusion of the Anniversary Dance, the dessert table will open up. Crystal + Clint will take photos at the table first, then it will open to all other guests.
  • 11:45pm - Last Dance | Send Off
    The last dance will happen at this time. Immediately following the last dance, all guests will be asked to make their way to the courtyard for the grand send-off.
  • 2:00pm - Bridesmaids Arrive at Church
    Upon arrival, please bring your personal items into the church. The church team will direct you on where you can gather to await photographer direction for pre-ceremony photos.
  • 7:05pm - Dinner is Served
    Dinner service will start following the blessing by Crystal's mother.
  • 6:45pm - Wedding Party Introductions
    The wedding party will be introduced down the stairs into the Courtyard where cocktail hour is taking place. After you are introduced, line up at the bottom of the stairs to create an aisle for Crystal and Clint to go through when they are introduced. After Crystal and Clint are introduced, fall in line behind them for a conga line. Encourage guests to fall in line with you. Crystal and Clint will lead the conga line into the reception space. At the conclusion of the Conga Line song, all guests will find their seats. You can find your seat at the head table here.
  • 8:40pm - Toasts | Formal Dances
    Toasts will begin at this time. Jerry, Christina and Marcus will all be giving toasts at this time, in this order. A few formal dances will follow, with the dance floor opening at the conclusion of those formal dances.
  • 4:00pm - Wedding Ceremony
    Wedding Ceremony begins.
  • 6:30pm - Line up for Introductions
    Join Crystal and Clint on the Pool Deck to line up for the Introductions.
  • 1:30pm - Bridesmaids depart for Emmaus Catholic Church

    Who: All Guests Location: LBJ Pavilion (#40 on the map) Get ready for a Texas-sized dinner, a dessert bar to awaken your inner child, and to dance the night away!
  • 3:30pm - Welcome Drinks

  • 9:00am - Kayak + Hike Excursion
    DETAILS - This excursion is for those who previously RSVP'd for the excursion. If you are unsure if you RSVP'd, please contact Stefanie at 512-265-6263. - A completed waiver is required to participate in this activity. Please complete this in advance, so you're not delayed hitting the water the morning of! You can access the waiver here. - Bring with you: Plenty of water, Light Snacks, Water Shoes (for kayaking), Athletic Shoes (to explore once you reach the islet), Reef Safe Sunblock - Provided: Kayaks, Paddles, Life Vests, Dry Bags, Snorkel Gear (limited quantities) - Note: Hawai'i law states that no business may be conducted on public property. Therefore, the tour company will have kayaks set up on the edge of the park, located here. This is also the reason this is a "self-guided" tour. - When we arrive, the company providing these items will do a quick safety review and brief you on how to land on the islet. - The kayak trip to Mokoli'i is about half a mile from shore and will take anywhere between 15-30. The journey is considered fairly easy. For those wanting more of a challenge, you may kayak around the islet as well. - Keep the area beautiful by keeping on the trails, picking up litter, and avoiding stepping on the reef. - The islet is a bird sanctuary, so be mindful of the Sheerwaters who nest in the ground on Mokoli'i. - Enjoy the islet, but please leave plenty of time for your return. We will board the bus at 12:00 NOON. - When you board the bus, a bento lunch and cold beverages will be waiting for you. (Teri Beef, Shoyu Chicken, Fried Noodles and White Rice) (Non-Dairy) (A vegan substitution has been requested for those who notified us.) Did you know?? Mokoli'i is also known to locals as "Chinaman's Hat". It is the basalt islet located off the coast of O'ahu and visible from Kualoa Ranch, where the wedding will be held on Thursday!

WALKING DIRECTIONS FROM SHERATON WAIKIKI Directions to Azure from Sheraton Waikiki Koi Pond: Walk down the steps from the Koi Pond and toward the pink building (The Royal Hawaiian). Walk up from the steps at the Royal Hawaiianʻs valet area Turn right and walk in the direction of the Ocean Lawn Before you get to the Ocean Lawn, turn left and walk down the hallway On the right you'll see a few steps to an uncovered path that leads to the Mai Tai Bar Before walking out that path, turn left to the covered path, and that is the way that lead to Azure If all else fails, I'm sure anyone on property would love to help you find the restaurant.   • 3:00pm - Hair + Makeup Trial
    - Your trial will happen in your room at The Sheraton Waikiki. - Please be freshly washed and if you put product in your hair on a daily basis, go ahead and add it in. You trial includes a blow out, so you do not need to blow dry your hair. - Your face should be clean and moisturized. - We recommend having some photos of what you're looking for (hair + makeup) to show your stylist upon their arrival. This way you're able to discuss what will work well with your hair and you can create a look that is perfect for you! - Be prepared to pay the stylist for their parking fees. This can be paid via VENMO. - Gratuity is also accepted via VENMO. I recommend tipping the day of the trial AND the day of the wedding separately. ADVICE: Many brides leave their trial unhappy because they failed to speak up during the trial when things weren't quite looking how they wanted. You have to remember... your stylist does not know you. And when they see you, they will make an instant judgement as to what *they* think will look really good on you. And what they envision may not leave you feeling like... well, you! Now, there is a certain level of "trust the process" that you have to breathe through. BUT, you also know what feels like you and what doesn't. And the biggest disservice you can do to yourself AND to the stylist, is not speak up. Do not go into this thinking it's rude to speak up! The stylist WANTS you to feel like a million bucks. If you're not too sure what to say in the moment, try "I love what you did there! But I don't quite feel like 'me' because I don't usually wear this much makeup. Is there a way to dial it back just a bit, so I'm more comfortable the day of?"

You will need to communicate with the family/friends that you want to be with you on this shuttle. BRING WITH YOU - Attire (dress, undergarments, coverup, etc.) - Hair accessories (veil, adornments, etc.) - Jewelry (necklace, earrings, bracelet, etc) - Shoes (don't forget your dancing shoes!) - Makeup for touchups - Fashion Tape and other emergency items you may need - Marriage License. Mat is not staying at the Sheraton, therefore bringing the marriage license with you, will allow him to sign it. The photographer will also be able to capture photos of that moment, if that's important to you! - THE RINGS! - Anything else you want with you at the wedding. You will not be returning until after the reception. NOTE: If you forget something, Dan is not leaving until 2:45pm. Call him before 2:00pm to give him time to gather whatever you need and bring it with him.

    DETAILS - Come with your first dance song ready to be played from your phone. They will have a way to hook up to their sound system. - It's recommended you wear the shoes you plan to wear during the dance, on the wedding day. - Bring water! - Your class has been paid for in advance.     - Your trial will happen in your room at The Sheraton Waikiki. - Please be freshly washed and if you put product in your hair on a daily basis, go ahead and add it in. You trial includes a blow out, so you do not need to blow dry your hair. - Your face should be clean and moisturized. - We recommend having some photos of what you're looking for (hair + makeup) to show your stylist upon their arrival. This way you're able to discuss what will work well with your hair and you can create a look that is perfect for you! - Be prepared to pay the stylist for their parking fees. This can be paid via VENMO. - Gratuity is also accepted via VENMO. I recommend tipping the day of the trial AND the day of the wedding separately. ADVICE: Many brides leave their trial unhappy because they failed to speak up during the trial when things weren't quite looking how they wanted. You have to remember... your stylist does not know you. And when they see you, they will make an instant judgement as to what *they* think will look really good on you. And what they envision may not leave you feeling like... well, you! Now, there is a certain level of "trust the process" that you have to breathe through. BUT, you also know what feels like you and what doesn't. And the biggest disservice you can do to yourself AND to the stylist, is not speak up. Do not go into this thinking it's rude to speak up!     The resort offers a wide arrange of free activities throughout their property. However, the resort also offers paid activities as well. As the property is sold out this weekend, we recommend making reservations in advance, if you want to take advantage of any of those. You can book activities here.

    Check-out is at 11am. If you want to stay and enjoy the property amenities after check out time, you are welcome to leave your bags with concierge. You can then pick them up when you are ready to leave.

    - Your trial will happen in your room at The Sheraton Waikiki. - Please be freshly washed and if you put product in your hair on a daily basis, go ahead and add it in. You trial includes a blow out, so you do not need to blow dry your hair. - Your face should be clean and moisturized. - We recommend having some photos of what you're looking for (hair + makeup) to show your stylist upon their arrival. This way you're able to discuss what will work well with your hair and you can create a look that is perfect for you! - Be prepared to pay the stylist for their parking fees. This can be paid via VENMO. - Gratuity is also accepted via VENMO. I recommend tipping the day of the trial AND the day of the wedding separately. ADVICE: Many brides leave their trial unhappy because they failed to speak up during the trial when things weren't quite looking how they wanted. You have to remember... your stylist does not know you. And when they see you, they will make an instant judgement as to what *they* think will look really good on you. And what they envision may not leave you feeling like... well, you! Now, there is a certain level of "trust the process" that you have to breathe through. BUT, you also know what feels like you and what doesn't. And the biggest disservice you can do to yourself AND to the stylist, is not speak up. Do not go into this thinking it's rude to speak up! The stylist WANTS you to feel like a million bucks. If you're not too sure what to say in the moment, try "I love what you did there! But I don't quite feel like 'me' because I don't usually wear this much makeup. Is there a way to dial it back just a bit, so I'm more comfortable the day of?"

    The resort offers a wide arrange of free activities throughout their property. However, the resort also offers paid activities as well.     Check-out is at 11am. If you want to stay and enjoy the property amenities after check out time, you are welcome to leave your bags with concierge. You can then pick them up when you are ready to leave.

After you are introduced, line up at the bottom of the stairs to create an aisle for Crystal and Clint to go through when they are introduced. After Crystal and Clint are introduced, fall in line behind them for a conga line. Encourage guests to fall in line with you. Crystal and Clint will lead the conga line into the reception space.     - Your trial will happen in your room at The Sheraton Waikiki. - Please be freshly washed and if you put product in your hair on a daily basis, go ahead and add it in. You trial includes a blow out, so you do not need to blow dry your hair. - Your face should be clean and moisturized. - We recommend having some photos of what you're looking for (hair + makeup) to show your stylist upon their arrival. This way you're able to discuss what will work well with your hair and you can create a look that is perfect for you! - Be prepared to pay the stylist for their parking fees. This can be paid via VENMO. - Gratuity is also accepted via VENMO. I recommend tipping the day of the trial AND the day of the wedding separately. ADVICE: Many brides leave their trial unhappy because they failed to speak up during the trial when things weren't quite looking how they wanted. You have to remember... your stylist does not know you. And when they see you, they will make an instant judgement as to what *they* think will look really good on you. And what they envision may not leave you feeling like... well, you! Now, there is a certain level of "trust the process" that you have to breathe through. BUT, you also know what feels like you and what doesn't. And the biggest disservice you can do to yourself AND to the stylist, is not speak up. Do not go into this thinking it's rude to speak up! The stylist WANTS you to feel like a million bucks. If you're not too sure what to say in the moment, try "I love what you did there! But I don't quite feel like 'me' because I don't usually wear this much makeup. Is there a way to dial it back just a bit, so I'm more comfortable the day of?"

    Check-out is at 11am. If you want to stay and enjoy the property amenities after check out time, you are welcome to leave your bags with concierge. You can then pick them up when you are ready to leave.

  • 3:00pm - Hair + Makeup Trial
    - Your trial will happen in your room at The Sheraton Waikiki. - Please be freshly washed and if you put product in your hair on a daily basis, go ahead and add it in. You trial includes a blow out, so you do not need to blow dry your hair. - Your face should be clean and moisturized. - We recommend having some photos of what you're looking for (hair + makeup) to show your stylist upon their arrival. This way you're able to discuss what will work well with your hair and you can create a look that is perfect for you! - Be prepared to pay the stylist for their parking fees. This can be paid via VENMO. - Gratuity is also accepted via VENMO. I recommend tipping the day of the trial AND the day of the wedding separately. ADVICE: Many brides leave their trial unhappy because they failed to speak up during the trial when things weren't quite looking how they wanted. You have to remember... your stylist does not know you. And when they see you, they will make an instant judgement as to what *they* think will look really good on you. And what they envision may not leave you feeling like... well, you! Now, there is a certain level of "trust the process" that you have to breathe through. BUT, you also know what feels like you and what doesn't. And the biggest disservice you can do to yourself AND to the stylist, is not speak up. Do not go into this thinking it's rude to speak up! The stylist WANTS you to feel like a million bucks. If you're not too sure what to say in the moment, try "I love what you did there! But I don't quite feel like 'me' because I don't usually wear this much makeup. Is there a way to dial it back just a bit, so I'm more comfortable the day of?"

  • What can I do while I'm there?
    The resort offers a wide arrange of free activities throughout their property. However, the resort also offers paid activities as well. As the property is sold out this weekend, we recommend making reservations in advance, if you want to take advantage of any of those. You can book activities here.
  • What time is Check-Out?
    Check-out is at 11am. If you want to stay and enjoy the property amenities after check out time, you are welcome to leave your bags with concierge. You can then pick them up when you are ready to leave.
  • Parking/Valet?
    Self Parking is available overnight for $18/night. Valet is available overnight for $42/night.
  • Is there a spa on site?

  • What time is Check-In?
    Check-in is at 4pm. If you arrive earlier than this and your room is not available, you are welcome to leave your bags with concierge and they will notify you when your room is ready. At check-in you will need to provide a photo ID and a valid credit card. Note, the hotel may put a small hold on your card to cover incidentals you incur while on property.
  • Is early check-in available?

    Who: Wedding Party Where: Amphitheater (#36 on map) Wedding party will gather to do a quick run through of the ceremony processional and recessional, ahead of the rehearsal dinner.
  • 5:00pm - Rehearsal Dinner
    Who: Intimate Gathering, attendees have been notified Location: Shady Grove (#46 on the map) An intimate evening of dining and live music as the celebrations for the weekend begin! Note: This event is outdoors. Should inclement weather prevent us from celebrating under the Texas Stars, we will gather in The Austin Room, instead. This is location #47 on the map.

    Dinner service will start following the blessing by Crystal's mother.
  • 11:00pm - Late Night Snack
    Dancing making you tired? We've got you covered! Late Night Snack will be served at this time.
  • 3:30pm - Guests arrive at the Church
    Crystal should be hidden at this point, so guests do not see her prior to her grand entrance. Clint does have to be hidden, but may hide if he wishes. Any last minute wardrobe adjustments or restroom breaks should happen at this time.
  • 1:00pm - Meet up with Clint
    Groomsmen gather in room 801 to get ready ahead of the ceremony. Please come mostly dressed.
  • 6:30pm - Line up for Introductions
    Join Crystal and Clint on the Pool Deck to line up for the Introductions.
  • 9:25pm - Anniversary Dance | Dessert Service
    The anniversary dance will start at this time and all married couples are encouraged to get on the dance floor! At the conclusion of the Anniversary Dance, the dessert table will open up. Crystal + Clint will take photos at the table first, then it will open to all other guests.
  • 5:45pm - Post-Ceremony Photos Complete

  • 2:30pm - Clint + Groomsmen Depart for Church

  • 6:15pm - Arrive at Hotel | Take Personal Items to Room
    Wedding party arrives at the hotel and takes their personal items to their hotel rooms. You may also drop off whatever you need in the reception space.
  • 6:45pm - Wedding Party Introductions
    The wedding party will be introduced down the stairs into the Courtyard where cocktail hour is taking place. After you are introduced, line up at the bottom of the stairs to create an aisle for Crystal and Clint to go through when they are introduced. After Crystal and Clint are introduced, fall in line behind them for a conga line. Encourage guests to fall in line with you. Crystal and Clint will lead the conga line into the reception space. At the conclusion of the Conga Line song, all guests will find their seats. You can find your seat at the head table here.
  • 8:40pm - Toasts | Formal Dances
    Toasts will begin at this time. Jerry, Christina and Marcus will all be giving toasts at this time, in this order. A few formal dances will follow, with the dance floor opening at the conclusion of those formal dances.
  • 4:00pm - Wedding Ceremony Begins
    Wedding Ceremony begins.
  • 4:45pm - Wedding Ceremony Concludes | Post-Ceremony Photos Begin
    Post-Ceremony photos will start once most guests have departed the sanctuary. Wait on standby for further direction from the photographer.

  • 11:45pm - Last Dance | Send Off
    The last dance will happen at this time. Immediately following the last dance, all guests will be asked to make their way to the courtyard for the grand send-off.
  • 3:00pm - Groomsmen arrive at the Church
    IMPORTANT: Clint should close his eyes upon driving onto church property. Someone else needs to enter the building to ensure Crystal is hidden so Clint can move into his space without accidentally running into Crystal. All groomsmen will get their boutonnieres upon arrival. Please have your suit coat on at this time. Wait on Standby for Photos. Photographer will direct.
  • 3:45pm - Lineup for Ceremony
    Wedding parties on standby for church team to give direction ahead of processional.
  • 5:30pm - Arrive at Hotel Viata | Board Shuttle for Rehearsal Dinner

    Arrive at the church in advance of the rehearsal. We will gather and mingle briefly as we get ready for direction from the church team.
  • 5:00pm - Rehearsal Concludes | Depart for Emmaus Catholic Church
