    As soon as the photos are finished, you will board the bus for The Austin Club. **Please note, this may happen earlier! It just depends on how long it takes to finish post-ceremony photos. Sydney will take a separate vehicle with Josh.
  • 5:30pm - Ceremony Finished/Post-Ceremony Photos
    The ceremony may end as early as this time. After the recessional, we ask that you remain together as a group, to knock out all final photos as quickly as possible.

  • 3:45pm - Board Shuttle for the Church
    The shuttle should arrive at this time for you all to head to the church. Everyone should be fully dressed and ready for photos immediately upon arrival to the church.
  • 4:00pm - First Look + Photos at Church
    Pre-Ceremony photos will start promptly upon arrival at 4:00pm. The wedding party will gather at the chapel in the back. Sydney + Josh will do their first look, then everyone will join for wedding party and family photos.
  • 9:30am - Breakfast with Sydney
    Breakfast Tacos will be served at Sydney's parent's house, located at 2620 Deerfoot Trail at 9:30am. If you'd like to arrive earlier, you may... but please be sure you have arrived by 9:30am. Hailey and Alissa have graciously been volun-told to pick up breakfast tacos at Tacodeli. Please let them know what you would like to eat!
  • 2:30pm - Getting Ready Photos
    Getting Ready Photos will begin at this time, at the Deerfoot house.
  • 10:00am - Hair + Makeup Begins
    Hair + Makeup will begin at 2620 Deerfoot Trail, 78704. If you are having hair and makeup services, we ask that you arrive with clean, dry hair that is free of product. Your face should be clean and moisturized. NOTE FROM SYDNEY HMU note: Hair older than 24 hours is too old, clean is best! If you style your hair with products the night before you will also need to clean those out before. Finally, try not to wear tight bras etc Saturday morning which may cause lines with low backed dresses (mostly reminder for me). All make-up from the night before should be thoroughly removed as well! SCHEDULING The schedule for hair and makeup is listed below. Even though there is a timeline, it is also requested that everyone receiving services be present the entire time, as the stylists will be working through the requested services, as quickly as possible.     DETAILS - This excursion is for those who previously RSVP'd for the excursion. If you are unsure if you RSVP'd, please contact Stefanie at 512-265-6263. - A completed waiver is required to participate in this activity. Please complete this in advance, so you're not delayed hitting the water the morning of! You can access the waiver here. - Bring with you: Plenty of water, Light Snacks, Water Shoes (for kayaking), Athletic Shoes (to explore once you reach the islet), Reef Safe Sunblock - Provided: Kayaks, Paddles, Life Vests, Dry Bags, Snorkel Gear (limited quantities) - Note: Hawai'i law states that no business may be conducted on public property. Therefore, the tour company will have kayaks set up on the edge of the park, located here. This is also the reason this is a "self-guided" tour. - When we arrive, the company providing these items will do a quick safety review and brief you on how to land on the islet. - The kayak trip to Mokoli'i is about half a mile from shore and will take anywhere between 15-30. The journey is considered fairly easy. For those wanting more of a challenge, you may kayak around the islet as well. - Keep the area beautiful by keeping on the trails, picking up litter, and avoiding stepping on the reef. - The islet is a bird sanctuary, so be mindful of the Sheerwaters who nest in the ground on Mokoli'i. - Enjoy the islet, but please leave plenty of time for your return. We will board the bus at 12:00 NOON. - When you board the bus, a bento lunch and cold beverages will be waiting for you. (Teri Beef, Shoyu Chicken, Fried Noodles and White Rice) (Non-Dairy) (A vegan substitution has been requested for those who notified us.) Walk up from the steps at the Royal Hawaiianʻs valet area Turn right and walk in the direction of the Ocean Lawn Before you get to the Ocean Lawn, turn left and walk down the hallway On the right you'll see a few steps to an uncovered path that leads to the Mai Tai Bar Before walking out that path, turn left to the covered path, and that is the way that lead to Azure If all else fails, I'm sure anyone on property would love to help you find the restaurant.     - Your trial will happen in your room at The Sheraton Waikiki. - Please be freshly washed and if you put product in your hair on a daily basis, go ahead and add it in. You trial includes a blow out, so you do not need to blow dry your hair. - Your face should be clean and moisturized. - We recommend having some photos of what you're looking for (hair + makeup) to show your stylist upon their arrival. This way you're able to discuss what will work well with your hair and you can create a look that is perfect for you! - Be prepared to pay the stylist for their parking fees. This can be paid via VENMO. - Gratuity is also accepted via VENMO. I recommend tipping the day of the trial AND the day of the wedding separately. ADVICE: Many brides leave their trial unhappy because they failed to speak up during the trial when things weren't quite looking how they wanted. You have to remember... your stylist does not know you. And when they see you, they will make an instant judgement as to what *they* think will look really good on you. And what they envision may not leave you feeling like... well, you! Now, there is a certain level of "trust the process" that you have to breathe through. BUT, you also know what feels like you and what doesn't. And the biggest disservice you can do to yourself AND to the stylist, is not speak up. Do not go into this thinking it's rude to speak up! The stylist WANTS you to feel like a million bucks. If you're not too sure what to say in the moment, try "I love what you did there! But I don't quite feel like 'me' because I don't usually wear this much makeup. Is there a way to dial it back just a bit, so I'm more comfortable the day of?"

You can access the waiver here. - Bring with you: Plenty of water, Light Snacks, Water Shoes (for kayaking), Athletic Shoes (to explore once you reach the islet), Reef Safe Sunblock - Provided: Kayaks, Paddles, Life Vests, Dry Bags, Snorkel Gear (limited quantities) - Note: Hawai'i law states that no business may be conducted on public property. Therefore, the tour company will have kayaks set up on the edge of the park, located here. This is also the reason this is a "self-guided" tour. - When we arrive, the company providing these items will do a quick safety review and brief you on how to land on the islet. - The kayak trip to Mokoli'i is about half a mile from shore and will take anywhere between 15-30. The journey is considered fairly easy. For those wanting more of a challenge, you may kayak around the islet as well. - Keep the area beautiful by keeping on the trails, picking up litter, and avoiding stepping on the reef. - The islet is a bird sanctuary, so be mindful of the Sheerwaters who nest in the ground on Mokoli'i. - Enjoy the islet, but please leave plenty of time for your return. We will board the bus at 12:00 NOON. - When you board the bus, a bento lunch and cold beverages will be waiting for you.     - Your trial will happen in your room at The Sheraton Waikiki. - Please be freshly washed and if you put product in your hair on a daily basis, go ahead and add it in. You trial includes a blow out, so you do not need to blow dry your hair. - Your face should be clean and moisturized. - We recommend having some photos of what you're looking for (hair + makeup) to show your stylist upon their arrival. This way you're able to discuss what will work well with your hair and you can create a look that is perfect for you! - Be prepared to pay the stylist for their parking fees. This can be paid via VENMO. - Gratuity is also accepted via VENMO. I recommend tipping the day of the trial AND the day of the wedding separately. ADVICE: Many brides leave their trial unhappy because they failed to speak up during the trial when things weren't quite looking how they wanted. You have to remember... your stylist does not know you. And when they see you, they will make an instant judgement as to what *they* think will look really good on you. And what they envision may not leave you feeling like... well, you! Now, there is a certain level of "trust the process" that you have to breathe through. BUT, you also know what feels like you and what doesn't. And the biggest disservice you can do to yourself AND to the stylist, is not speak up. Do not go into this thinking it's rude to speak up! The stylist WANTS you to feel like a million bucks. If you're not too sure what to say in the moment, try "I love what you did there! But I don't quite feel like 'me' because I don't usually wear this much makeup. Is there a way to dial it back just a bit, so I'm more comfortable the day of?"
